  1. I think your right about the issue residing with her PC. Coincidence could very well be the answer. She has been gone for a few weeks and was with our daughter and grandchildren. Teenagers!!! I had other issues with her PC today and I am now working on getting her computer to work. Just to F'en work. I will report back with my findings. But I am on board with your assessment. Its her PC not the Ccleaner. Much thanks!
  2. Sorry if this question has been asked before, but here goes. I installed the free version of CCleaner on my win vista 32 bit machine a few days ago. I have a WiFi network. My wife cannot log into the Wifi network since the installation of CCleaner. I have used the router network/security key that we all use for access. She is running win7, 64 bit. I worked on her machine until I realized it has to be CCleaner that is preventing her from access to the network. I cannot find an answer on here or anywhere on the web, so I am asking here. I opened the CCleaner program and do see a check box for "network passwords" under the heading of Cleaner, (left side pane with broom) then "Windows" then the sub menu titled "Windows Explorer". I was unsure to check this box, as it warned that I would lose all network passwords. All I want is to be able to use the WiFi network here at home on more than one PC. One note is both of our smart phones have not been affected and are all connected to the network via WiFi. Thanks in Advance. John
