Thanks, Nergal. How do I find out what file is causing the problem? Nothing else is running when I clean.

So there's nothing I can do about it?

The only things that start up are AVAST, FF, atiptaxx, & ctfmon. I'm using XP. I tried uploading the debug log, but it's telling me I can't upload that type of file. I even tried the basic uploader. I'll post a small portion below. You can see it stalls at 13:36:34 which would coincide with the 4% I mentioned earlier. Strangely enough, this "stall" actually didn't last as long as it normally does. CCleaner stalls on IE cookies. I use Firefox exclusively, but every time I run CCleaner it stalls while trying to clear IE cookies. It seems like it's the first thing it tries to do because it stalls at exactly 4% every time. Eventually it gets through it, but it takes forever. It will even stall when I first start up my computer and haven't even done anything. Just as an experiment, I've run CCleaner as soon as I start up and it still stalls. There shouldn't be anything to clean, but it still stalls. Can anyone help me?
