I did the same thing. I accidently save an old excel file on top a new excel type. Now my info on the excel form is outdated. I down load the free version,it did not restore the file content. Is it because it was a free down load version ? If it is then the web site is misleading. It should have stated that only paid version will help recover the data file correctly. I am deeply disappointed.
