Thanks for the reply Nergal,it`s out of my comfort zone so I`ll leave well alone,although the files I wanted to delete are old mp4 video files that I uploaded from a camera.

I run Windows 10 64 bit with the A/U and Ccleaner V 5.23.5808.When analized,some of the files I wish to delete launch a diologue box with the message"Access is denied,you require permission from Trustedinstaller to make changes to this file".Any Idea what this means?
