Hi trium Many thanks for your reply,here's what I've done so far ok,and I must make it clear I'm a total techno-DUNCE (as you may have already gathered ) So I went into msconfig opened that & under start I've unchecked both items with Google in the name. I'ev searched in/on my Control Panel and there's no Google anything there whatsoever. So can you please write me a very easy to understand,infantile description maybe How To Do These Suggestions Please: please look here on your harddisk. C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome C:\user\your nick\appdata\local\Google\Chrome As I've ni idea at all even how to begin,many thanks trium Bill

Can anybody help me here please,I've just updated my CC Cleaner and found that Google Chrome's listed there as an application,under my existing browser Opera? I don't have Google Chrome,got rid of this a while back now,so why's it still listed there please and can some kind soul give me a step by step easy to read guide as to how to get rid of this from my CC cleaner applications please,thanks Bill
