Windows 7 Pro, it was on the C dive and I had just run ccleaner after an update. Does ccleaner save a list of cleaned files?

I am not positive but I ran ccleaner and at least one directory is missing. It was Acad-drawings and had 200gigs of drawing files. Is there a file saved some place after a clean that would list the files cleaned? That was 25 years of drawing files. I have a backup but need to know how the most important directory on my computer disappeared. Thanks in advance.
