I don't want to completely disable cleaning cache (or something else), I just want new fixed version where everything works like before. It is a bug and clearly it's there, because I don't have problems anymore since I've made a switch to v5.15.5513

Yeah but only executable, not the portable one.

Latest version somehow stopping Adguard (extension) from running properly. It's still enabled but just doesn't work until I manually update filters or reinstall the extension. No problems with previous version (5.15) on the same configuration (Windows 10 x64, Chrome beta 50.0.2661.57 and adguard 2.2.3). Also, you really should have some section on the website with one or more previuos versions available...
