  1. Well, I am glad that "someone" was able to figure it out after all then.
  2. That sounds like a different situation. My problem was a display (or actually a non-display) problem with the left-hand "Cookies on Computer" listbox. As far as I know my "cookie cleaning" seems to be working correctly. I might suggest starting a new thread, since "CCleaner no longer shows any "Cookies on Computer" doesn't really seem to describe or define your apparent problem.
  3. Entschuldigen Sie nicht bitte -- Sie würden mein Deutsch weniger noch verstehen. As for your suggestion, I tried sort of the "opposite".suggestion, as follows: First, I am using the professional portable version, so I tried installing the "regular" version, and I found that the "regular" version showed both cookies listboxes to be working properly. So I then also ran my portable version, and found that it was also now showing both listboxes properly as well. So, I uninstalled that "regular" version, and the good news is that my portable version is still now working fine. Therefore, doing sort of what you suggested (but sort of "in reverse") fixed the problem. Also, ich danke Ihnen, für mir Helfen.
  4. Thanks for your reply. However, while it is true that the cookies on the right "Cookies to Keep" listbox should no longer appear on the left "Cookies on Computer" listbox, the left "Cookies on Computer" listbox no longer ever shows ~any~ cookies at all, and I have ~not~ moved every cookie to the right "Cookies to Keep" listbox -- there used to be quite a few cookies in the left "Cookies on Computer" listbox (that I did not want to "keep"). I also did, a few weeks ago, try a test -- I moved a cookie from the right "Cookies to Keep" listbox back to the left "Cookies on Computer" listbox, and the cookie just simply and immediately appeared to "disappear" - i.e., the left "Cookies on Computer" listbox remained empty, even though it obviously should have then shown that cookie that I had just moved there. I closed CCleaner and then opened it again, but the left "Cookies on Computer" listbox remained blank.
  5. Hi. For me, CCleaner no longer displays any cookies in the "Cookies on Computer" listbox, even though it does correctly shows the cookies in the "Cookies to Keep" listbox. CCleaner Professional V.5.36.6278 (64-bits) Windows 7 64-bits SP1 Thanks for listening.
  6. OK, intuitively that might make some sense. However, according to the GUI (please see the screen cap in my original post), there is "some" monitoring taking place (if the GUI is reporting correctly), but it cannot be modified (including turning on more monitoring, but also including turning it off). Oh well... Thanks for your input.
  7. Hi. Thanks for your suggestion. I just realize that I should have pointed out that I am using the portable version (V.5.16.5551). However, analogously to your suggestion, I did re-download the latest portable ZIP file and then I copied its files over the files I had been using, but the result is unfortunately still the same.
  8. I have CCleaner Pro x64 V.5.16.5551 installed, and it basically (nearly) always does what it's supposed to. However, the page for Options Monitoring (please see the attached screen capture) is totally unresponsive to mouse clicks, either for the checkboxes or for the drop-down listboxes. (The other pages all seem to work OK.) How can I correct this (non-)behavior? Thanks very much.
