CCleaner is stuck at 66% while using Registry Cleaner

Hello, I recently installed CCleaner and the Registry Cleaner would not progress past 66%. This error occurs when I am using the Registry Cleaner for obsolete software and I only have the 'Obsolete Software' box checked when the error occurs. Here are some more information on my computer. The CCleaner build is: v5.14.5493 (64-bit) My computer specs are: Intel Core i5-4590 @3.30GHZ, 16 GB Ram, Windows 7 64 bit, NVIDIA GTX 970. Please advise on what I should do next.
