I downloaded this file this morning. Double-clicking it does not start execution. The only thing that changes when it the file name is clicked is that the file name is highlighted in blue. I had this happen before but never reported it - in October (I think), I d/l a different .exe file and it would not run either. Any suggestions, thoughts or condolences? Thank you all. Steve E.
