So I used a software TeraCopy to copy some 150gb of stuff from 1 disk to another (both internal disks) and opt to shutdown automatically when done. When i next boot, one of the drives says i need to format the disk before i can use. Before i do anything that can destroy all my data for good, can Recuva recover all my files after i click format? Disk management and even Defraggler says the disk is healthy though.
