crochetinc

I have had CCleaner for a while & have been very happy with it. I had not used the registry cleaner until today. it wiped all my license info & asked me to re-enter it. I have my ID, but not my license key. I tried to retrieve it using your instructions & it tells me that my email addy isn't on file, to try another one. I have had this email for over 20 years NEVER any other. what do I do ?? PS im never running Registry Cleaner again tks for any help
