The last time i installed the update 508 it installed fine, i suspect that Nergal may well be right about it being the antivirus. Thanks everyone. p.s. I have just temporarily disabled antivirus protection and the update installed as it should.

IT recently installed AVG Cloud Care, and i havent updated CCleaner since the installation

Morning, Have just downloaded the latest version of CCleaner and it seem to get stuck very early on in the installation process which seems out of character for the software as it generally for me takes a couple of minutes, its been sat for about 15 mins with budging, has anyone else had this problem with this version?
