I have the same problem and reported it to Piriform directly. I m awaiting their reply

There must be a Virus in your system, Piriform. Since I downloaded CC Cleaner a Virus causes me a lot of trouble and I struggle to get rid of it. Also,I ve had problems activating the code and was rather annoyed to be conned into paying for it and an other program called Pass safe as well.I now just want to get rid of you and want my money back. And that as soon as possible. Thank you.
