It does not show when opening the program normally, just when you open the Firefox browser.

That option was checked.

dvdbane I tried to get a screen shot but it doesn't happen all the time. I'll keep trying. hazelnut I Just checked and it was on so I turned it off to try it again. System monitoring is OFF (was ON) and active monitoring is ON. Would that cause the pop up on opening the browser? PS: It was the pop up that asks if I want to let CCleaner access my computer.

Is there a way to eliminate the pop up screen every time I log into my firefox browser the asks if I want to allow the CCleaner access to my computer? Thanks for any help.
