Does anyone have any troubleshooting tips on fixing the incorrect function error? It's reading the drive but when I click on scan, it says "Failed To Scan Following Drives E:: Incorrect Function"

You should be able to. If you can't find it in the specified drive, it should be in one of the shadow copied drive. Good luck!
