Windows 7 enterprise x32, IE 11. CCleaner 5.06 free does not install, same for defraggler free, will not install. Tried to download again from Piriform.com (ccleaner 5.06.5219 and defraggler 2.19.982), Windows Defender is saying they contain a virus.
