MultiBana

Hey, I recently got a malware that opens some russian website (nextbestgame.org) on startup. So to remove it i wanted to use CCleaner, so I downloaded it and installed but when I click on it, just nothing happens - doesn't open, doesn't show in the processes and I don't get any error or message. I'm using Windows 7 64 bit. Can anyone please help me?
