Thanks MTA. Quite new in posting forums like this. I am using Windows 8. The Recuva that I was able to acquire's from the free download of the site. The file was deleted from a specific folder. Then after a couple of hours, I ran CCleaner. After the deletion of the MP3, there were no major activities except for the running of the CCleaner. Yes, it's just 1 mp3 (unfortunately, I was not able to back it up...) Thanks for taking time to answer my newbie questions and for being detailed about your advice.

Hi, What's the best solution in restoring an mp3 file even after a "clean" has been done? I have used Recuva and EaseUs. Nothing was generated (though I may be doing something wrong?) And the ultimate question is, it is still possible to recover the file? Thanks in advance guys.
