  1. Great news, I tried pressing power button 3 times in quick succession per windows trouble shooting, and computer booted up with working screen. The screen still has blueish lines through it, but is 90% functional. Would you recommend I try to roll computer back to the time right before I ran cc cleaner? It appears that something regarding the screen was deleted from registry. It was likely booting up, but I couldnt see safe mode due to screen failure. ??? Thanks!
  2. Yes, I can't remember if I updated to 8.1. I believe it is 8.0. I am running boot camp. I don't have cc leaner open, it would of been the button on the bottom right of program. Opposite of 'analyze' on the bottom left. I did get a warning that "system files may be changed/removed". Bit I never had issue before so I clicked yes to proceed... Ugh! by rebooting computer, I get the sound computer turns on, but it will not boot into safe mode by pressing f8 or shift + f8.
  3. Hello, I apologize if this is a duplicate post. I did not find one with my specific issue. I am running an iMac with either windows 8 or 8.1. I have used cc cleaner for about 6 months with no issues. However, after running it today, my computer shut down and will not boot up. On startup, I get parallel and horizontal lines across screen and nothing happens. What is the solution? Do I need to roll system back to before running cc cleaner? How do I do that? Thanks for you help!!
