I ran Ccleaner a few days ago, and it wiped out most of Thunderbird. It is mentioned also on the Mozilla forums. My address book is mostly gone. All of my message rules are gone. I didn't make a backup copy before cleaning files, as I have never needed to up until now. So, I assume there is no recovery available.

It says the files are deleted, but they are still there scan after scan
