[I cannot download the Newer version of Periform I paid for!]

I purchased the newer version March 28,2015 

 

I cannot even download my newer version of Periform

 

IT keeps saying the REGISTRATION INFORMATION IS INVALID...IDK how this can be, I put my name in the box, where it asks, then I added the License Key#  they gave me in an email, I checked and re-checked, ....

 

and STILL....

 

NOTHING..

 

I am about to loose my mind or ask for my money back!!

 

I use an HP NOTEBOOK  LAPTOP

[I cannot register with my License Key]

whenever I go and try to register with the license above,I get a sound like DUNNNGGG and  a RED X , everytime!!

 

I had the free version and wanted the better one, but now im confused, this is so aggravating,,I PAID FOR SOMETHING I CANNOT EVEN USE!!

 

I tried emailing the company for help, but Im not that computer saavy.. I NEED EASY DIRECTIONS
