Every time I close my browser I get notice asking to run cleaner. How do I change that so I do not get that message?

I have CCCleaner Prof latest vs. Searching for duplicate files: On my C: drive I have a tremendous amount of duplicate files. I have as many as from 2 to 6 and they all show on C: with the same amount of MB and date created. I don't know why the same file would be on 2 to 6 different places on the same date and time. What do I do as I don't know which one would be proper to delete. Any help would be appreciated. I use CCCleaner often and love it but afraid to delete any of the duplicates off my C drive. I have deleted duplicate files that I found on my spare drives but sort of afraid to do it on my C: (main) drive. How can I deactivate the window that comes up and tells me how many MB has been cleaned from my browser every time I close it? Thanks
