Thank you, I did get some information from them.

I purchased the Recuva program. When I run it I am only recovering one file from a flash drive... it has hundreds on it, both jpeg and psd files. The drive quit working... when I try to open it I get the message "You need to format the disc in drive N: before you can use it." Then another message pops up "The request coould not be performed because of an I/O device error." Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
