I also recently updated CCleaner to v5.01.5075 and note that it takes about 72s for the 'Analyse' option to become available; prior to the update this was virtually instantaneous. I'm using Win7 Home Premium 32-bit, with MS Security Essentials as my AV software. I don't use any other CC enhancement. There is a copy of winapp2.ini, in my 'D:\Program Files\CCleaner' folder, which has a file-size of 760KB and a very recent date.
This is the first time an update has caused this slowdown.
New info (moments later):-
I deleted the winapp2.ini file and it solved the problem!
