i run registry cleaner in ccleaner and nothing happened. i dont know what i did so this would happen... you have any idea how to fix it? the programs i ran to see options in context menu, i used them to try to fix the problem.

hello, i am using windows xp sp3. from yesterday, when i right click, and choose new, only new folder and shorcut are my options, all others are missing, like office files, paint, and other programs. what should i do? i tried: to create here: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\ a new folder with value {D969A300-E7FF-11d0-A93B-00A0C90F2719} , i tried using recreate new regedit, i tried to .. restore my computer to how it was 2 days ago, and the problem persisted. also i used some programs to select which option to see at right click/new - and all needed were enabled..
