Yes i deleted Firefox and downloaded the file with IE. -Norton 360, I Use this one for a long time, never had Trouble with it. -Yes, al of them are clear

When i start CCleaner, it Says "C:\Program Files\CCleaner\CCleaner64.exe". I Read you maybe have to uninstall Firefox or Start up in Safe mode, Nothing helped me. PLZ HELP ME, I LOVE CC SO MUCH <3 The Pic is in Dutch btw
