Can anyone please tell me what these CCleaner for Android functions actually do? 1. Cleaning "Thumbnail Cache". Does this effect all my photos on my phone in any way? Are there any downsides to cleaning the Thumbnail Cache? 2. Cleaning "Processes". What does this do? Does it uninstall apps or just stop them working temporarily or what? thanks
