This began with the current release and at first was just an issue of ccleaner being very slow to open and very slow to run. Now, it will not open without crashing every time. I don't know what to do. Will reinstalling help? If I do reinstall, do I do it on top of existing install or uninstall the current install? Thanks for any help!

I have used ccleaner without problem on my Win 7 computer. About a week ago, the program began to remove only about a third of what was listed in the analyze phase. I see no reason for this. The amount of space to be cleaned seems about right based on past experience. The amount of space actually cleaned is 1/3 of that amount. Any ideas?
