CCleaner 4.17.4808 (64bit) takes too long to clean

Since I updated to v4.17.4808 (64bit) when I click on "analyse" it just takes a few seconds, but when I click on "run cleaner" it seems to take a long time loading Internet History - sticking at 2% - and then completes the task in about 64 seconds, whereas the previous version took less than 3 seconds - is this normal, or due to updates to Internet Explorer 11?
