maybe i can't understand. im very lost. all you say is contradictory, at less for me. you say. is not a good idea to tick everything... but i thought the option "Window Size/Location Cache" is for CLEAN ALL folder settings for window position, sort order, columns, folder type, toolbar toggles, and search result views. and thats is exactly what i want.... clear all that records, if i NOT tick that option, thats records "not be cleaned" thats what i thought . i mistake? i wrong?

hi friends... after a couple weeks, i had to solve the problem by myself. first and just for be sure, use this "Fix it" from microsoft. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/813711/en-us then i search for "ShellNoRoam", "BagMRU", "Shell Bags" in google... then found the entries for "winapp2 file" then i add that entries. then reboot. problem solved.

hi friend. all the history is for files in my pc, NOT internet.. the history is for files, movies, docs. mp3, photos, etc. i dont wanna lose my history for firefox. so almost all the options are disable.

problem half solved.... but not with ccleaner.... and this just "hide" the problem.... the "history" still there. this just disable the options "to see" the history... but NOT cleaned the history. To disable the AutoComplete feature in the Address box in Windows Explorer, and the Address box in Internet Explorer: Click Start, point to Settings, point to Control Panel, and then click Internet Options. Click the Content tab, click AutoComplete, and then click to clear the Web addresses check box. Click OK, and then click OK. PLEASE still wanna clean that history

hi friends.... i uninstall. reboot. and then download and reinstall Ccleaner. the history still not clean, my problem still not solve.

reboot 1 or 2 times at day. i use it but not help

but under that key in regedit. i found a lot of entries i want delete. lets see. example. in my history, show a entry of a movie i see a week ago. then i search the name of that movie in regedit, and i found that movie name under that key.. then?
