Defragler crashed while Optimizing SSD

Solved my problem. You have to delete the bin files that are created which are located in the home folder of the Drive -
When I set defragler to optimize my ssd half way through the process defragler crashed. This resulted with me losing valuable SSD space which I don't know how to get back. If anyone hear can help me I will be forever in you debt!!!!
