Hangwell

The scan found many files and pics off the damaged card that I could not open with my phone. Most of the pics I could see the preview. I clicked the pics I wanted and clicked "recover" and gave a folder to send them to. A window came up and said "processing calculating time". That was all it would do for 30 minutes or so. I closed that window and it said no files were recovered...now what I do?
