Oh yes....I know to do a backup and I did. My problem was I didn't know where it went! Or how to get to it! You really helped me with that!!! Thanks so much!!! See you around on the forum

Thanks for your help! I just realized that it wasn't an icon that was important. I thought it was one my husband used and he said he didn't use that one anymore and that he didn't think that it worked anyway....so that is probably why the scan deleted it. But at least now I know where the backup is located in case I do need to get something back.....thanks so much!!!!

I just did my first registry scan after downloading this. I had a desktop icon removed and I need to retrieve it. How do I do this? I am totally confused on how this works!!!!!
