  3. Good afternoon all, I have been having an issue recently where CCleaner has been crashing on .exe files, usually in local, windows explorer, temporary internet files. The application then just hangs for +10mins and then you have to cancel, but windows then pretty much stops working and I have to do a hard power off to fix it. Right now it is with java.exe which I am guessing is a update file, before it was with spotify.exe, again another file which was downloaded to update a program. I am running win 8.1, 64bit, using cc ver. 4.11.4619. Error occurs both when using normal or secure deletion, Thing is, it is very difficult to navigate to the folder and manually delete it, windows keeps folders like that very well hidden. Any help or advice much appreciated as I enjoy using your otherwise fine programme very much indeed
