Hi , I have attempted to install the current version of CC on my PC on which I have performed a fresh install ( Piriform products are one of the first I install after the Service Pack) . When the CC installer reaches the opt in/out screen for Chrome, a dialog box pops up asking if I would like to save or open ComboOffer.html . Closing this dialog causes the install of CC to crash, and the PC reboots. After the reboot the PC will act erratically. This forces me to reinstall the whole OS. I have tried installing in Safe Mode, and the pop up does not appear, but the PC still acts up on reboot. I performed the 6th fresh install in as many days to try and diagnose the issue, this time omitting CC, and so far so good. All my Piriform downloads are always from Piriform website. I know this issue has popped up in the past, and I wonder if anyone is having similar issues? Regards

Hi Guys. Sorry I haven't replied since my initial enquiry. Thanks to all for your input. I was particularly interested in cbaumer0628's post. Some of my extensions are yet to be updated to be compatible with FF26, so I have performed a clean install of FF25, and no longer have the problem. To answer dvdbane- Yes I do have Avast installed, and I have never had any problems- Why do you ask ? Regards

H Alanm Thanks for your reply. Yes, that is correct, CC correctly shows the Plugins but not the Extensions- none whatsoever. I performed a fresh install of Firefox (removing all, traces), and the extensions where listed, but have disappeared agin. Using CC 4.08.4428 Windows XP Pro SP3 (Yes , I know it's ancient !) 32bit Regards. D

Hi there. My Firefox extensions are no longer showing up in the start up management tool of CCleaner. The plugins are fine. I am using the latest builds of both CC and FF (26). Any ideas? Cheers.
