Sorry about the above spelling. I checked and have the most up to date version. I was able to click on registry and clean that, but applications and cache cleaner both have a greyed out button that won't respond. How can I fix the situation?

I recently had some computer problems that required a tech to come to my house and clean and dump some programs, ccleaner pro among them. I went to the Piriform download site but it is only offering the regular version or I have to pay again for the pro version. I have my key code from my purchase of pro, but find no way to enter it to recover the pro version without re-paying. Can anyone help me?
