Hi When I loaded ccleaner - it told me that a new version is available.Clicked on the link which took me to the piriform website. Just tried it again and it gave me a choice of three - when I posted the query it only showed filehippo. Problem solved.

Hi I was notified that there was a new version of ccleaner and invited to download the new version. Up until recently there was a choice of download sites - but now you hvae to use filehippo. The problem with this is that you have to download a download manager. Despite unchecking all the boxes I landed up with some other software on my machine - a change to my default seach engine - a toolbar I didn't want on my browser and my home page being changed. Can the option to download from piriform be re-instated? Ray
