Hi, thanks for answering. I did take a look at the link. Wonder whether this new download - Visual Basic 6 Runtimes - would fix my problem with CCleaner. My computer is only a Pentium II (266mHz) working with Windows 98se... Does it make a difference? Wait for your reply.

Hi, Am a beginner. Did successfully download CCleaner. Went through my first analysis but nothing appeared on the board. A complete white page although I did see an active analysis process going on. Did follow proper instructions as to set the program up. Hesitate before going on with the clean-up process for I don't know what goes on. Any suggestions? Thanx
