I used defraggler before on my win xp system with no issues. Used it for the first on my win7 system and it increased my used space from 223gb to 306gb on a 1tb drive. The drive was only 6% fragmented. Needless to say I uninstalled defraggler. I read all the comments about how this happens and suggestions on how to reclaim space. The only solution that worked for me was to run ccleaner and select the option to wipe free space. It took forever on this 1tb drive but now my used space is back down to 220gb. Hope this helps others.
