Yes , the mouse is in perfectly condition.I put the USB in all my ports but its still not working.What i need to do ?

Hello!Today i downloaded a ccleaner and i make a scan to my computer.After the scan i restarted the computer and my mouse doesn't work. Why ? What i need to do to repair him ? The mouse is new , in perfectly condition. @ Sorry for my bad english.
