I uninstalled all of CCleaner from my hard drive and then reinstalled the older and then the newest version. I is working fine now.

Thanks, I went to the above site and downloaded the older 131 version and newer 132 version of ccleaner. I deleted my present version, loaded 131 and then 132. I works fine now. Thanks!

Before this started the green progress bar made one or two passes and the information came up on the screen for items to delete. I have let it run for 10 minutes and finially gave up. In the frequently asked questions section it states that if you uninstall the old version first, you will loose your existing settings. Since I deleted the old version first, do I have to redowndload the old version Where do I get that from? Thanks

I downloaded ccleaner before the 1.32.345 update. I erased the existing CCleaner and downloaded the new version. Now when I hit the analyse or run cleaner button, the green progress bar just keeps going and going. Any suggestions?
