I deleted a startup which Cleaner detected was starting each time I started my laptop. Just wondering if Cleaner completely deleted the program, or just the startup part of the program: Could the program still be running in the backround? Thanks

Just wondering if Ccleaner should be detecting Tixati in 'applications'? I am running Windows 8 64bit
