After carefully reviewing this situation I now believe that the problem is not with ccleaner but with the settings in google chrome and I am able to reproduce the same...Sorry for the confusion.... -

Happening to me as we'll. I even tried to reinstall cleaner v26 but while successful the problem still exists. All google chrome reset to defaults. Hope management can fix this bug
