Thanks mate. I think those system files were just getting bigger as the system ran more, increasing the size of those fragmented files. With the large % freespace at the time, it was the dominant fragmented files.

Hi, I've just installed a new laptop and defragged it after install and after updates/program installs etc I had 5% fragmentation to start with, now it's increasing after running defraggler. I'm up to 25% now. Any idea why this is happening? Cheers (edit: 28% now)
