Flats

Hi, I love Defraggler and have been using it for years, but I can't get it to do anything with my 4TB USB3 Hitachi Touro Pro drive. Analyzing the drive results in the error "Analysis Failed" and attempting to defrag it results in "Building File List Failed" Windows own defrag tool doesn't work on it either I've been hoping with each update that it might eventually work, but no luck so far. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to how I could get it sorted. Thanks a lot.
