Win7 Home Premium 64bit Ccleaner v6.26.1888 (64bit) I don't know what is winapp2.ini so I'll assume I don't use it, haha.

As mention in the title. I'd just installed CCleaner on my desktop and am unable to clear out my browsing history & cookies even with IE & Firefox processes ended. Can anyone help me w this?
