I'm sorry.... I should have written that the computer was new - "to us". I got it about 5 months ago and it has worked fine since the day we plugged it in. Not one issue. It's actually a few years old...I tried booting from a recovery disc and it tries to repair what ever is messed up, but always comes back to the same error message, and the only thing i was doing was downloading Defraggler. I also came up with nothing doing a search on several browsers. This is my shops computer and my boss isn't happy with me to say the least..... Thank you for checking though. I appreciate it. TLG
