Latest Version.... Also i can stretch the top half of the program, but when i try and stretch the bottom half i can see the icon that allows me to stretch but no matter what, i cannot stretch it lol

I dont know what to call this bug so ill just explain it and provide a picture. I cant make stretch the info tabs in file list, if that makes sense lol
