thank you for this site. I was able to clean out ccleaner with dial a fix but I will check out this site tomorrow. I have had enough for today 6 hours fighting with this and I am ready for sleep. I will let you know what happens. Again Thank you so much. Doreen

thank you for your reply but I don't know what I am doing on this site and I don't have any idea what you mean by look in my signiture.

I keep getting unused file extension, invalid default icon and ActiveX Com issues. How can I either fix them or delete them?
